Terms and Condition

Please read the terms and conditions (″Terms and Conditions″) set out below carefully before using ahhyum.com or kampongkravers.com (Website), ahhyum mobile application (App) operated by Kampong Kravers (M) Sdn Bhd. By accessing or use of, the websites or the mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By using or ordering via the Website or the App, you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Website or the App is at your own risk and the maximum extent permitted according to the applicable law,

 

1. Ordering & Payment

Ahh-Yum by Kampong Kravers has prescribed delivery area and operating hours of each outlets. This delivery area and operating hours may change at any time due to weather condition, demand on our service, delivery availability or any unforeseen circumstances.

You may order meals, drinks or such other products available at the Website or the App, and we will make deliveries or prepare order for pick up on the specified time and date you selected to given address. Orders must be received before the specified cut-off time for that given product which will be shown as you proceed through the ordering process. You shall review your order carefully before confirming your order, we shall not be held responsible for any failure to do so or changes after the order is made to the time and delivery address.

While we will do our utmost best to provide accurate description of the products and/or services offered on the Website and the App, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information. Photos shown are for illustration purpose only.

You acknowledge that such information and materials are provided on ″as is″ and ″if available″ basis, and may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information and materials found or offered on the Website or the App generally.

In the event of unavailability of certain ingredients, we will replace with similar ingredients while preserving the quality of the meals without update. If you are concerned with food allergies, please be aware of the said risk and that we may prepare food and use ingredients that contain nuts, nut oil, dairy, seafood, shellfish and gluten.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The prices are correct as shown on the Website and the App, and are inclusive of applicable tax and delivery charges within the delivery area. We reserve the right to review the prices from time to time. Payment for delivery and pick up option can be made online (FPX bank transfer, selected E-Wallets, debit or credit card payment). We are not liable for delays in outside payment gateway to charge or refund you or if your bank account/credit card has been used in a fraudulent manner.

Payment may also be made by using valid vouchers. Use of these is subject to ahhyum’s terms specified on the vouchers.

Once payment is successfully, it’s a confirmation of your order (a “Confirmed Order”).. Confirmation on your order (a “Confirmed Order”) will be sent via email. You may cancel an order at any time before making the payment. If you didn’t receive any confirmation on your order, please contact us immediately, via our Application or website and do not make a second order to avoid duplication in order or payment.

 

2. Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue full or partial refunds and any additional compensation in respect of the affected Item due to

  1. damaged item
  2. quality concerns
  3. arrived in poor conditio
  4. missing item
  5. incorrect order
  6. pricing mistake
  7. item not available

For reason no. i, ii, iii, please do not consume the said meal but to contact us immediately. We may request a photograph, other documentation, detail of the order or other information for internal investigation.

The processing of the refund may take up to twenty (20) working days.

 

3. Delivery

Please refer to our delivery information for the delivery area and we may engage appointed third party service provider to meet the delivery of the order within the time slot selected. We are not able to warrant third party service providers’ conduct or behaviour and shall not be held responsible for any omissions or misconduct caused by such third party service provider.

Your order will be delivered at the timeslot selected however it may be occasionally delayed due to traffic flow, weather conditions or unforeseen incidences and we shall not be held liable for failure to deliver. However, our delivery team will notify of the delay and will arrange for the earliest available delivery

If the next delivery timeframe is unacceptable to you, you may decline to accept the order and we will refund you the cost of the order.
You are responsible to be available at the time of delivery and provide accurate delivery information. All risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery. In any event where we are unable to reach you on the phone number given, the order shall be deemed delivered and you will be liable for its payment in full. We will not be responsible to arrange for a second delivery or the same prepared order.

To ensure the highest quality of the meal served, it is highly recommended that all meals should be consumed immediately after delivery.
